Description
Stabilis EP TIE is an epoxy tie-coat developed to promote adhesion between aged or existing sound coatings and new epoxy or polyurethane topcoats. It is used as an intermediate layer in refurbishment or overcoating situations where direct overpainting may not provide reliable adhesion.
